Business Systems Ltd, an industry expert in future-ready digital communications solutions, has announced the promotion of Andrew Jacobs to Managing Director.
Andrew will lead the company as it continues to drive forward its strategic growth in the contact centre sector.
Having served as Chief Architect and successfully managing the company’s operational and technical functions, Andrew is now responsible for the overall direction and success of Business Systems, reporting to CEO Mike Wardell.
