Carpeo has won the Customer and Staff Care award at the UK’s Wiltshire Business Awards.
The company was was praised for its staff motivation, customer management and development and training initiatives.
The thriving company, which was a runner up for the same award in 2013, fought off competition from OPED, Richard James estate agents and Atwell Martin estate agents.

Carpeo was also runner-up for the Apprenticeship Employer of the Year and Innovation and Growth awards.
The visionary company currently runs a diploma programme which all employees can access. It has nine apprentices with plans to employ ten more and also has aspirations to become a centre of excellence.
Stella Weeks, managing director of Mainland Employment Ltd, judged the award and commented: “There is a wonderful atmosphere of enthusiasm, attention to detail and fun in the work place. The staff feel their efforts are rewarded. With many promotion prospects, incentives, training, back up and support, they have a team of experienced staff who also welcome and help newcomers.”
Since being set up four years ago the flourishing company has really put its stamp on the customer service sector. It currently employs 153 people and is planning on growth of at least 10% in the near future by taking on customer service and sales staff.
