Celebrating Excellence in Customer Service at the Colorado Springs Gala

Customer service excellence award

The Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado will host its annual ‘A Night of Excellence Gala’ at the new Hotel Polaris at the Air Force Academy.

The gala takes place Thursday November 21, 2024 4:30-7:00 PM, and will feature the presentation of the Excellence in Service Awards, which acknowledge businesses for their exceptional customer service.

This year’s gala theme, “Powered by Stars: 30 Years of Stellar Service,” highlights the dedication and service excellence of businesses in southern Colorado. The event aims to celebrate the commitment to trust and integrity that strengthens the local community.

The four finalists for this year’s Excellence in Customer Service Awards are AMNET, Bob Penkhus Motor, McCloskey Motors, and WireNut Home Services.

About the Awards

The Excellence in Customer Service (EICS) Award was established by the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado in 1995, inspired by the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award’s Customer Service section. The Award is not a competition but a challenge for companies to enhance their customer service systems.

EICS encourages companies to create and implement measurements and processes to enhance their customer service systems, which are evaluated based on a scoring matrix with seven categories.

BBB-accredited businesses in southern Colorado have the opportunity to participate in the awards.
