I got my appointment letter as a customer service manager when i started, when i was to be confirmed, my letter read " Assistant manager but with a salry review a little upwards" . I then checked the salary structure that they just created, to find out that the salary i was being paid on the structure was that of a senor manager!!!. I intend to discuss this issue with my boss, how can i go about it without over reacting. Now he is employing a new person in my dept, i have never met the individual and the package is that of a senior officer ( what i was offered as a CSM initially) while the letter reads" customer service officer). Do you think i am being sidelined ? how can i go about this, i am getting really frustrated, considering the input and results i am getting for the company.. |
