I'm doing my honours year in psychology at Macquarie University Sydney, AUstralia and am doing my research on how people in various customer service industries feel at work. If you work in the customer service industry I would really appreciate it if you had time to fill out an online survey.
The customer service industry is being defined as anyone who has regular face to face interactions with customer/clientss eg retail, hospitality,nursing,sales etc.. I only want people who currently work in the customer service industry so if you don't perhaps you can pass the link onto anyone you know who does, this goes for those who answer the survey as well. The more responses I get the better!

The questionnaire will take no longer than 15 minutes to complete. Any information or personal details gathered in the course of the study are confidential. No individual will be identified in any publication of the results. Only the researchers will have direct access to the data
