Guyz, need assitance.... how feasible is for a bank to have a Online Customer Support Chat for its customers......

Hi Matrix -

I'm sure it is quite feasible, technically. Functionality-wise, some of my questions are; who would use it, what assistance would be offered, what level of detail, and if quite detailed, how would you secure the data?

I'm trying to envision scenarios where I would use a bank chat service, and I'm drawing a blank. I currently do 95% of my banking online, and I'm happy as a clam that y'all are out here. If you're looking to bring things to the next level, I'm interested in hearing more.

Tell me is there any bank who worked on same patern?
What are the main online services a bank should be providing?
