I'm sure it is quite feasible, technically. Functionality-wise, some of my questions are; who would use it, what assistance would be offered, what level of detail, and if quite detailed, how would you secure the data?
I'm trying to envision scenarios where I would use a bank chat service, and I'm drawing a blank. I currently do 95% of my banking online, and I'm happy as a clam that y'all are out here. If you're looking to bring things to the next level, I'm interested in hearing more.
