Product Quality or Dealers Response ?

Hello, Greetings to you !

I bought "MOTOROKR" Z6 on 29.07.2007. Just after six months, I faced a software problem.
I took to the dealer and it was rectified. Since February 2008, I had another problem.
The "Navigation Key" came out by itself. It was pasted by the dealer's service center. Again, after a month time the center key also came out. For information, I am a gentle/soft user. The dealer response is not satisfying me. I was told they would change the whole pad, but no spare parts. Until today, about 2-3 months there is no spare part available and my "WARANTY" getting expire in 2 months time.

What do we say? Is it product fault or Dealers fault or what else? What is the solution to me? Whom to ask? Please guide me. I am very upset.
