Hi guys. I am creating the Service Quality Assessment Methodology for a new Award Program, which will be run for every public business sector (banking, insurance etc.). And now we are creating high-level methodology which includes the requirements for the imaginary Company with Ideal service. I am collecting the best world practice from all over the world. This methodology will be shared when done. In cause of this i would ask you - do you (your company) have the shared service quality requirements, standards and assessment methodologies.
