Tracking Returned Calls

Our company is receiving complaints that their calls aren't being returned. Customers are leaving voicemails with our agents who apperantly aren't calling them back. Is there any sofware available to track returned calls?

That's a bit of a worry. What system do you use at the moment and how many agents are we talking about.

Do you currently monitor your calls? Can the vendor of your current system not come in and make some changes your current set up?
