Its just a month to 2007 and as a manager we all have to make a plan for the next coming year. One of my program this 2006 is to make customer gives their short evaluation to my frontliner by giving a kind of card. Customer will gives red card if they dont like /unplease by the service giving from my frontliner. And customer will give the yellow one if they like and please by the service giving from my front liner. In Singapore there is such a program like this too.
In the next 2007. i plan to create another kind of short evaluation from the customer. But till this month i cannot find what it is . Pls share if u have oredi this kind of short evaluation. |
