Hi Autojain,

To keep it brief - the attitude and approach that you take towards all your customers - should be the same across the vairious customer types i.e - All customrs should be trieated fairly and with respect.

Obviously - things such as sexist comments etc would be unacceptable to anyone - men or women - but if you are treating them all the same - the approach would be consistent and there should be no issues.

Kind Regards
Bukola

Hi Autojain,

I agree with Bukola, and also have a suggestion. Some time ago I attended an atuomotive workshop and had the opportunity to watch a Terry Greenhut video. I'd highly recommend it.

My favorite take-away from him: Treat customers as though they were guests in your own home.

And, FWIW, I don't know anyone of my gender who reacts well to "ladies." (But even after 30 years, I still don't react well to "Ma'am.")

Best wishes,
Karen
