Looking for games to play in our Call Center. Does anybody have any ideas? I was thinking of a Word Search, and a Scavenager Hunt.

This is funny that you mentioned. This I have been having a re-occurring thought of hosting something like a "customer serve off". Something that would test peoples customer service skills, capabilities and creativity amongst your group of people. This could serve as fun event that hopefully could inspire creative thought processes and ideas around customer service delivery. Skill tests could include dealing with a difficult customer (role playing), typing speed and accuracy, industry specific knowledge, succinct client knowledge etc.

I've done Madlibs before.. I email each person for one of the words in the story - sometimes without telling them what it's for - and then I send the whole thing around to everyone. It's quite goofy, but it helps blow off a little steam.
