I am a Customer Service Manager in Australia and am looking for a program to record our complaints.

By law we are required to maintain a complaints register and cannot seem to find anything suitable

Any suggestions

In what industry are you? how many customers do you have already? I'm in the same predicament and would appreciate some assistance

Hi Susan and gwanjohi.

Could you post me a private email with your preferences and data about how many customers and your average complaint level as of now. I might know some companies who could be of interest.

Regards

Hi Susan

I run a small compay in the UK and we have just developed a very comprehansive, feature rich complaints management system for a blue chip company in the UK.

We partner an Australian Company and our product can be delivered through them. You will get the benefit of local contacts and support and the AUS dollar versus GBP benefit..

If you can give me an indication of your budget we can discuss further.
