Budding CSR here working in a smaller company. Only about 60 internal users, but 300+ external clients all with laptops, peripherals, and proprietary hardware/software.
Customer service is what I love - though I started as an admin on the mainframe, moved to Unix, then to Windows, and finally made the decision not to admin! Job satisfaction is just as important to me as efficiency, accountability, and fun, so CS was a blessing compared to heads down admin work. =]
