I'm a member of a company that makes hosted via the Internet customer service and help desk solutions and I'd like to make some contacts in the customer service industry in order to exchange general industry information and be helpful resources to each other. Not looking for corporate spies, smile : ), just looking for people to bounce ideas of off re: how we can better serve the needs of CSMs and make suggestions in return of how CSMs can best use CRM related technology.
I am not a salesperson, I do customer service, and there would be nothing monetary changing hands for this, just informal.
