Hi,
I am new to this forum. I teach a variety of management courses including Customer Service. It is a topic that I am extremely passionate about because there is nothing that turns me off a business more than poor customer service.

Hi Eleanor,
Fed Ex's company motto is People, Performance, Profit, and it shows in their Fed Ex one call customer service. I am amazed down to the voice quality of their different employees how polished and professional they are. Simply outstanding, and something I am striving for in our customer service department.
