Hello Everyone,

I'm new to CSM. My name is Bill and have been in the Customer Service profession all my life in one form or another. Servicing the needs of internal as will as external customers.

I work part time for Walgreens at the retail store level, and hope to get into the retail management program sometime this year.

My most recent CS, 3-yrs experience was in a call center / front line inbound environment. I found it very rewarding!

The first thing i recommend to anyone i train is read the book "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie.

great book and even though it's old ( written over 70 years ago?)
it's still relevant and applicable in today's environment.

I envy people who are reading it for the first time.... so much of the success you see in the world of customer service came from that book
