Nice to have you here, Ken. I've only got about a gazillion answers to your software update question, which is why I've not responded to it yet. (smile)

With the proprietaries I've worked with, it has always been one of those "It depends" things:
-breadth, depth of problem being fixed
-how widespread
-what else is being rolled out with the fix
-what anticipated reactions are

This probably doesn't help much, but I don't know that I can be more specific without knowing more about where you're at.
