Why do you want to rename them?
Has their job function changed?
If so, what will it look like?

Major account cordinators as per job description it comes in marketing. We are proposing to have customer service who will be taking care of the c/mer in turns of biz, complaints , escalations & collections . Can say thru single window concept.

It's a good idea. Single window concepts are always benificial from the point of view of customer.

But sometimes it also turns in overloaded co-ordinator. Secondly if employee churning rate is high then it can result in negative customer as customer gets frustrated every time he interacts with a new person . Please take care of that also.

Thanks Naresh.

We are starting this concept along with incentive scheme for incremental biz along collecting receivables on time. This should ease out their load to some extent.

Employee churn, This fact did skipped of my mind. You are very right this can kill the entire system. Thanks a lot.
