Intelligent self-service (ISS) experts, 4 Roads, will partner with Contentful, the leading content platform for digital-first businesses, to build bespoke online communities for its clients, which include Olympus, Aston Martin and Hitachi.
The partnership will aim to elevate peer-to-peer support capabilities available to Contentful customers and address self-service use cases, such as product support, to alleviate pressure on support staff.
Brands and organisations using the Contentful content platform will now be able to harness the expertise of 4 Roads to build on one of the most sophisticated community platforms, Verint Community, also a partner of 4 Roads. This will enable brands to build online community solutions where customers can learn about new products, exchange feedback and information, and seek peer-to-peer support.
Verint clients, meanwhile, can work with 4 Roads to harness Contentful’s content platform that not only delivers content to the online community but also delivers content globally across numerous digital channels.
Over half a million developers and thousands of brands and organisations around the world, including over 30 percent of the Fortune 500, rely on Contentful to create and deliver digital experiences across websites, mobile apps, digital displays and other connected devices.
“Contentful works with some of the world’s top brands whose customers and followers require the highest level of customer service. For many, traditional support channels, like a knowledge base, are not enough,” said Kristin Brown, Head of Partnerships, EMEA/Asia at Contentful. “With the ability to build their own virtual communities on the Contentful platform, our clients will be able to ensure their customers get access to the solutions they need quickly. Cost savings on support also means they’ll be able to invest more in other parts of their businesses.”
Rob Nash, Managing Director of 4 Roads added, “In an age where Google is king, customers expect to be able to resolve problems quickly, and on their own terms, something that Contentful clearly recognised. We’re delighted to be able to support Contentful with a solution that meets the needs of its clients, and its clients’ customers.”
The Contentful partnership amplifies the capabilities of virtual community building projects for 4 Roads, opening the door for existing customers like Olympus Cameras, the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) and Thermomix, as well as new projects, to further enhance their communities.
