Industry experts, customers and partners from around the world are taking part in the virtual event on 3rd March 2022.
PCI Pal will be joined by other leaders in the payments, customer experience and contact centre industry to share insights into market trends and innovative solutions with the goal of digging deep into the customer experience, security and payments landscape. Payments 2022: The Future of Security & CX invites customer service leads, contact centre managers and those responsible for payment security and compliance to learn more about managing security while maintaining a positive customer experience in contact centre environments.
