Sabio Group’s Wellbeing Companion solution has been shortlisted for a leading award.
The Wellbeing Companion is an app which analyses live, anonymised data to assess the impact of the contact centre environment, culture and workload on an adviser’s wellbeing.
The solution is part of a wider Wellbeing Programme from Sabio which includes psychology-based discovery, Consultancy Services and ongoing strategic Success Management.
The Companion has since been shortlisted in Tomorrow’s Health & Safety Awards Guide 2024, which recognises the most innovative health and safety products set to make a real difference for UK workplaces.
Nigel Winship, Principal Specialist Architect for Sabio’s Wellbeing solution, said: “Being shortlisted for the Tomorrow’s Health & Safety Awards Guide is fantastic recognition of the hard work our team has put into the Wellbeing Companion. We set out to create a best-in-class mental health solution that employees could easily access whenever they needed support. This recognition tells us we’re achieving our mission.”
He added: “The Wellbeing Companion meets the challenges of modern work life in the contact centre head-on. Employees have an enormous need for mental health support and we believe the Companion fills a critical gap by providing 24/7 emotional assistance alongside traditional employee assistance programmes.”
Sabio’s Wellbeing Companion is designed to illuminate, implement, and monitor wellbeing strategies within organisations. It plays a central role in Sabio’s wider programme, taking advantage of ongoing, anonymised data to support advisers and managers as part of a systematic approach to an organisation’s wellbeing strategy.
The Companion is part of a three-pronged wellbeing service which includes Consultancy and Success Management. The trio forms a holistic, tailored and data-led wellbeing programme that places employee welfare at the forefront of organisational culture.
The Tomorrow’s Health & Safety Awards Guide features the most innovative and socially responsible products and services in the UK. Its focus is on proven impact for employee health, safety, and wellbeing.
Winship continued: “Being shortlisted puts us among the UK’s elite in employee health and safety solutions and we’re immensely proud to see the Wellbeing Companion shortlisted among other innovators who put employee wellbeing first. It’s fantastic to see our work recognised in this way.”
Winners are selected based on votes from Tomorrow’s H&S readers and social media followers. Voting is open now until March 11th, 2024.
