This is by far the worst company for any service, it has been two weeks I am trying to find out who would request service in a vacant home in Holly Hill Fl. By doing so, service in attached cottage was disconnected. Spectrum should sweep the streets with poor skill as noting any conversation with customers and not noting callers and their complaints. It took two weeks to discover an unauthorized caller requested service on a phone. Calls are supposedly monitored for quality control. Only bills are their expertise so they can get a check.
Our internet, TV, and phones have been out 2 days. Spectrum can’t get someone out unless a medical emergency till sat. Our bank account has been compromised. That means we can’t contact them till Monday! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!
