The newly created executive position is designed to sharpen the company’s focus on the end-to-end customer experience (CX). The move comes as Dalet continues to scale its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform and integrate advanced artificial intelligence (AI) innovations into its product ecosystem.

In her new capacity, Gwen will lead Dalet’s global customer success and support divisions. Her remit covers the entirety of the customer lifecycle—from initial onboarding and adoption to value realization, expansion, and renewal. According to the company, the creation of this role underscores a strategic shift toward operational excellence and execution.

Gwen joins Dalet with over two decades of experience leading high-performance teams across customer success, services, engineering, and operations. Her professional pedigree includes a tenure as Vice President of Global Services at Akamai Technologies, as well as senior leadership roles at Aspect Software and Aspect Communications—both heavyweights in the contact center and customer engagement space.

Her career began in the trenches of the media industry, working in broadcast operations and engineering at ABC TV, giving her a unique perspective on the specific needs of Dalet’s core client base.

Driving Value in the SaaS Era

As Dalet transitions further into the SaaS model, Gwen will work closely with the product, engineering, and services departments to ensure customer feedback is directly reflected in product development and operational strategy. She is also tasked with establishing rigorous standards for onboarding and strengthening feedback loops to ensure client voices are heard at every level of the organization.
