Deloitte Central Europe (CE) and ElevenLabs have announced a strategic collaboration aimed at transforming the customer experience (CX) through Agentic AI.
The partnership marks a significant milestone for ElevenLabs, representing its first formal cooperation with a “Big Four” accounting and consulting firm. By combining ElevenLabs’ cutting-edge conversational AI agent platform with Deloitte’s deep industry knowledge and consulting expertise, the two organizations aim to deliver natural, reliable, and omnichannel interactions for enterprise clients.

The core objective of the partnership is to move beyond simple chatbots and toward production-ready conversational agents. These “intelligent agents” are designed to integrate directly into existing enterprise systems, ensuring they are optimized for performance, quality, and governance.

- Industry Blueprints: Pre-configured agent templates for top-tier customer journeys such as sales enablement and support.
