Observe.AI and AWS Form Strategic Alliance to Scale AI Agents in the Contact Center

Observe.AI has announced a multi-year strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS), aimed at accelerating the enterprise deployment of AI agents within customer service operations.

The partnership seeks to support Observe.AI’s Agentic CX Platform. The collaboration focuses on providing the reliability, security, and scalability required for large-scale, regulated service environments.

Through this agreement, Observe.AI’s platform will be available via the AWS Marketplace, allowing enterprises to streamline procurement and apply existing AWS commitments toward the deployment of AI agents.

“AI agents are redefining how customer experience work gets done. By working with AWS, we are giving enterprises a clear path to deploy AI Agents for CX across the full service operation, from resolving customer needs directly to supporting frontline teams and improving performance continuously.”

Moving Beyond Legacy Infrastructure

The initiative addresses a common pain point in the industry: the reliance on legacy IVRs and disconnected tools that lack the ability to take autonomous action. By running on AWS, Observe.AI aims to provide a more integrated alternative to traditional, siloed analytics and automation systems.

The impact of this approach is already being seen at companies like DoorDash. Xenia Strunnikova, Head of Customer Experience, Fraud, Trust & Safety S&O at DoorDash, stated:

“AI is incredibly important to DoorDash, especially in customer experience. We didn’t want automation for its own sake. We wanted to better understand what drives customer sentiment, move beyond binary scoring, and put the customer at the center of our decisions. This partnership enabled us to do that at scale.”

Driving Operational Impact

For AWS, the collaboration represents a commitment to bringing specialized AI applications to its massive enterprise user base.

Allison Johnson, Director of Americas Technology Partners, AWS, said:

“Enterprises want to put AI agents to work in customer experience, but production environments demand reliability, security, and compliance at every layer. Our collaboration with Observe.AI gives organizations a clear path to deploy AI agents across their customer service operations on AWS, backed by the scalable, secure cloud infrastructure that mission-critical CX requires. We’re helping customers and technology partners move from experimentation to real operational impact.”

By aligning with AWS, Observe.AI is addressing the primary hurdle for enterprise AI adoption: the trust gap regarding data security and infrastructure stability.

As more brands look to consolidate their tech stacks, the integration of specialized CX AI into major cloud marketplaces like AWS suggests that the future of the contact center lies in deeply integrated, cloud-native ecosystems rather than standalone point solutions.
