The winners of the 20th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service have been revealed, spotlighting the world’s top-performing sales, customer service, and contact center professionals.
Recognized globally as the premier awards for customer service and sales excellence, the 2026 Stevie Award winners span organizations of all sizes and industries.

Award recipients will be formally recognized at a gala banquet on Thursday, March 5, at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City, where industry leaders from around the world will gather to celebrate excellence in customer experience and sales performance. A Global Benchmark for Sales and Customer Service Excellence
The Stevie Awards are widely regarded as the world’s premier business awards. This year’s competition attracted more than 2,100 nominations from organizations of all sizes, representing virtually every industry across 41 nations and territories.
Winners were determined by the average scores of 150 customer service and sales professionals worldwide, serving on eight specialized judging committees. Submissions were evaluated across a broad range of categories, including:
- More than 100 categories recognizing customer service and contact center excellence, such as Contact Center of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service, and Customer Service Department of the Year
- More than 70 categories focused on sales and business development achievements, including Senior Sales Executive of the Year, Sales Training or Business Development Executive of the Year, and Sales Department of the Year
- More than 20 AI-focused categories, reflecting the growing impact of artificial intelligence in CX and sales, including Customer Service AI Trainer or Specialist of the Year, AI & Tech-Focused Customer Service Team of the Year, Best Use of AI Integration in Contact Centers, and Sales AI Trainer or Specialist of the Year
- Additional categories recognizing new products, services, and solution providers

What’s Next
Winners in SOCAP International–sponsored categories will be announced in April. SOCAP International is the leading membership community for customer care and customer experience professionals in the United States.
Additionally, five Grand Stevie Award trophies, recognizing the five most-honored organizations in the competition, will be announced during the week of February 9.
Looking Ahead to 2027
All organizations worldwide are eligible to compete in the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service and may submit multiple nominations across a wide range of categories, including sales, customer service, business development, solution providers, solutions and implementations, and thought leadership.
