21X and Flightbridge Develop AI Concierge for Private Aviation

The collaboration connects 21X’s conversational AI with FlightBridge’s aviation workflows, initially focusing on FBO customer service.

21X and FlightBridge are developing an AI concierge for private aviation, with an initial focus on customer service at fixed-base operators (FBOs). The companies will preview the experience at the 2026 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition.

The proposed service would let customers make routine requests through natural conversation, while FBO teams continue to manage and fulfill them through FlightBridge’s aviation operations platform.

The companies say the system is intended to address common service gaps, such as customers calling an FBO after hours and having to leave a voicemail. 21X will provide the conversational interface across phone, text and email, while FlightBridge’s Model Context Protocol tools will convert conversations into structured requests within existing workflows.

Planned demonstration scenarios include:

  • hotel booking
  • rental car booking
  • catering coordination
  • FBO service requests

The companies say automating structured intake and reducing repetitive order entry could give FBO staff more time for customer interactions that require judgment and hospitality.

The collaboration brings together 21X’s conversational AI experience, informed by more than 500 million human-fine-tuned conversations, and FlightBridge’s trip logistics platform for private aviation.

“Private aviation customers expect service to be immediate, personal and precise, whether they call during the day or after hours. By pairing 21X’s conversational AI with FlightBridge’s purpose-built aviation workflows, we are working toward an AI concierge that can handle routine requests and give FBO teams more time for the interactions where their expertise and hospitality matter most.”

“Our goal with this collaboration is to show what’s possible when conversational AI is connected to systems the industry relies on. FlightBridge is built so AI platforms can initiate requests while the operational details stay in FlightBridge, and 21X is the first to demonstrate it.”

The integration is in beta with select mutual customers. FBOs are the initial focus, with potential future applications for charter companies and other aircraft operators.
