Anticipation is building across the continent, with organisers of the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) 2026 revealing the finalists for this year’s awards.
Now in its 26th year, the ECCCSAs celebrate the people, teams and organisations making a meaningful difference to customer experiences. From new approaches to technology and AI, to outstanding leadership, employee engagement and customer service, this year’s finalists showcase the breadth of talent and innovation shaping the industry across Europe.
The 2026 finalists bring together established global brands, growing organisations and first-time entrants, representing a diverse range of sectors.
Among this year’s finalists are British Airways, Booking.com, Carrefour, easyJet holidays, Mastercard, Octopus Energy and Santander alongside first-time entrants, Salt Bank in Romania, fashion brand Koton from Turkey, German manufacturer, MISSUMI and English Premier League football club, Tottenham Hotspur, reflecting the continued evolution of the customer contact landscape and the investment organisations are making in their people, customers and operations.
“Congratulations to all the Finalists for the 2026 ECCCSAs. The quality of your nominations has been outstanding,” said Professor Moira Clark, Chair of Judges for the ECCCSAs and Professor of Strategic Marketing at Henley Business School. “This year’s entries have demonstrated the remarkable innovation, ambition and ingenuity shaping our industry, with a rich variety of stories from brands of all shapes and sizes from 50 countries across Europe and beyond.”
The announcement marks the beginning of the final stage of the ECCCSAs judging process. Over the coming weeks, finalists will meet with the judging panel through presentations and, where relevant, site visits, giving judges the opportunity to explore their achievements in greater depth.
“This is where the excitement really starts building,” says Jackie Pringle, Director of Operations for the ECCCSAs. “Our team of accredited European judges are ready to meet the finalists. The accreditation that we introduced this year ensures a great and consistence experience for both finalists and judges but also continues to build on the integrity of the judging process. To the finalists I say, whether you’re presenting online or welcoming some of our judges to your site in person, this is your opportunity to showcase your hard work, innovation and results. Good luck!”
The ECCCSAs are judged by an independent panel of experienced and accredited industry professionals, who volunteer their time to assess entries against a clear set of criteria and scoring. The judging process is designed to recognise not just innovation, but evidence of the difference they are making.
Craig Pumfrey, VP Marketing at Sabio Group, Headline Sponsor of the ECCCSAs, said:
“The finalists represent some of the most exciting work happening across customer contact today. What will stand out is the focus on creating better experiences for customers while also giving people the tools, support and environment they need to do their best work.
“Congratulations to every organisation that has reached this stage. We’re delighted to support the ECCCSAs and look forward to celebrating the achievements of this year’s finalists in November.”
The winners will be announced at the ECCCSA Awards Evening on Tuesday 17 November 2026 at Evolution London, where finalists, judges, sponsors and industry leaders from across Europe will come together to celebrate the achievements of the customer contact community.
