GOCare and SCTelcom have announced a new partnership aimed at transforming the customer journey for rural broadband subscribers through frictionless digital communication.
SCTelcom, a telecommunications cooperative serving members across Kansas and Oklahoma, will implement GOCare’s SaaS solutions to streamline its operations and enhance digital engagement.
The partnership focuses on unifying SCTelcom’s CX ecosystem by integrating digital channels—including SMS, web chat, email, and social media—into a single, cohesive workflow.

By creating a unified view of the customer, the platform aims to facilitate faster resolutions and reduce the reliance on traditional voice support.
