Sinch and Lovable Forge Strategic Alliance to Power the Next Generation of AI-Native CX

Sinch has announced a strategic partnership with Lovable, the Swedish-based AI software creation platform.

The collaboration will see Sinch’s communications infrastructure deeply integrated into the Lovable Cloud, providing a global community of builders with the tools needed to scale AI-driven customer experiences.

As AI-native platforms increasingly serve as the bedrock for modern software, the transition from prototype to real-world production requires a dependable communication layer. By embedding Sinch’s capabilities directly into the Lovable ecosystem, the partnership aims to eliminate the complexity of managing multiple providers, allowing developers to focus on innovation rather than infrastructure.

The move positions Sinch as a primary infrastructure provider for the burgeoning AI economy. Together, the two companies plan to explore how omnichannel communications can be more natively woven into the fabric of AI applications.

Laurinda Pang, CEO of Sinch, commented on the shift in the development landscape:

“We are in the midst of a profound transformation in how software is built, with AI democratizing the ability for a new generation of builders to create powerful applications. For these innovations to succeed, they require a foundation of reliable, scalable, intelligent and trusted communications. Just as Sinch has been the communications backbone for the leaders of the cloud era, we are now positioned to power the AI pioneers of today. Our partnership with Lovable embeds our proven, global communications platform into the heart of the AI-native movement, ensuring that the next wave of software has the trusted execution layer it needs to change the world.”

From Email to Omnichannel: A Phased Integration

The collaboration is set to begin with a focus on email, leveraging Sinch’s Mailgun platform to provide production-grade delivery for Lovable users. As the partnership matures, the companies expect to expand into messaging and voice capabilities. Furthermore, the agreement includes plans for Sinch to utilize the Lovable platform for its own internal and external application development.

The partnership comes at a time when Lovable is seeing a surge in users—ranging from solo entrepreneurs to large enterprises—moving AI-powered applications into production environments.

Anton Osika, CEO and cofounder of Lovable, emphasized the importance of reliable infrastructure in the “no-code” era:

“For decades, software creation was gated by technical skill. That gate is coming down. The real bottleneck now is whether you have something worth building, not whether you can write code. We see this across our customers, from solo founders to large organizations, as people with real domain knowledge move from ideas to working products. As creation becomes easier, the infrastructure around it has to be dependable. Partnering with Sinch gives builders access to communications that work globally in the background, so they can focus on shipping and scaling what matters.”

The Future of AI-Driven Interaction

For the CX industry, this partnership highlights a broader trend: the necessity of “trusted execution layers” for AI. As AI-native applications redefine how businesses and customers interact, the underlying communications must be as intelligent and scalable as the models driving them.

By aligning with Lovable, Sinch is ensuring that the next generation of software builders has immediate access to a platform that powers over 900 billion interactions annually, reinforcing its role as a critical enabler of the modern customer experience.
